We have a unique opportunity at H&M for a Recruitment Expert to join our Assortment and Creatives Recruitment team. You will work in a small recruitment team and be responsible for hiring Fashion Designers across our various customer groups. A creative mind and eye for design are crucial as you will be required to review design portfolios, lead design interviews and liaise with our experienced Assortment Managers on a daily basis. It is key that you are able to spot a great designer through various interview stages.

Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Recruitment Business Partner for our Fashion and Creative area, you will own the full recruitment life-cycle, ensuring high-quality execution and expertise in every step. You’ll work closely with our Hiring managers and People Business Partners as a strategic advisor to guide hiring decisions in areas like Fashion Design, Product Development, Pattern Making and Buying. Sourcing will be a key focus of your role, and you will leverage market insights and technology to develop advanced talent sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Recruitment Delivery: Manage the full life-cycle of assigned roles, ensuring high expertise and quality.
Advisory and Business Partnership: serve as a partner and advisor to hiring managers, ensuring expectation alignment and effective communication.
Advanced Talent Sourcing Strategy and Assessment: build attraction strategies to proactively source top talents, develop proactive pipelines for key roles and pitch roles using our EVP.
Competence Assessment: assess and steer the competence assessment process and prepare business interviews and advise on hiring decisions.
Job Offers and Onboarding: prepare, deliver, and negotiate job offers, provide feedback to candidates, and ensure a smooth handover to pre-boarding.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement: connect recruitment strategy to our roadmap, monitor performance KPIs and metrics, define action plans, and identify areas for improvement.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll be joining a collaborative Recruitment Team split across three core areas: Tech, Business, and Creative. While your focus will sit in the Creative team, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the entire Recruitment function to share insights, align on best practices, and support wider hiring goals. You’ll also partner with a broad range of stakeholders across the business, from Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to Senior Leaders – playing a key role in shaping an exceptional hiring experience.
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
At least 4 years experience working as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience from hiring for Creative areas – ideally within Fashion or Marketing but this could also be across Graphic Design, Web Design or Print.
A creative mind, attention to detail and the ability to recognise a strong design portfolio.
Highly proficient in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter & other search tools.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable using data to make decisions
