Group Indirect Procurement is a newly established team within H&M Group CFO Office. Purpose with the team is to achieve cost efficiencies, capture procurement synergies and reduce supplier risks within indirect goods and services across brands and functions within the Group.
We are currently developing our centre of excellence for indirect procurement and will be implementing a new operating model together with a Source-to-Pay (S2P) solution.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Procurement digitalisation specialist to oversee and optimise our future S2P solution focused on indirect procurement. This role will be critical in driving the procurement processes development including our digital transformation, ensuring seamless system functionality, and aligning business objectives with technology. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in indirect procurement, strong technical knowledge of S2P platforms, and proven change management skill developing processes and systems.
Key responsibilities:
Develop, enable and maintain indirect procurement process system implementation and alignment
Develop and manage centrally governed indirect procurement tools and systems to ensure they are functioning correctly, efficiently and secure
Manage contracts and relationships with the system provider(s), escalate issues to the account manager for the tools & systems if needed; strive to resolve issues to ensure business continuity
Prioritise and lead process and continuous digital improvement initiatives and decide on configuration and integration changes in consultation with the Global Process Owner.
Manage and clarify the effects of changes in configuration and new system releases regarding delineations and integrations/master data with other systems (within and between process flows).
Assist IT with system implementations, enhancements and new releases.
Act as a subject matter expert for procurement master data management
Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, including finance, IT, and business functions, to align digital S2P processes with business objectives.
Ensure alignment and compliance with internal global procurement policies, procedures and external regulatory/legal requirements
Continuously assess and improve the digital S2P processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve supplier relationships
Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new digital processes and technologies

Apart from frequently connecting with colleagues across Functions and Brands, you will belong to the Indirect Procurement team, consisting of dedicated, brave and supporting senior procurement professionals with extensive experience from procurement in various industries and cost categories. As the team is quite newly established, the spirit of being part of shaping the future and doing it together is strong.
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
You have experience from managing and developing Source-to-Pay solutions to enable procurement operating models. You are business-focused and have a result-driven mindset understanding how the Source-to-Pay solutions can enable people and the business. You are experienced in driving and creating long-term change by “making it stick”. You also have strong willingness and courage to break new grounds, and ability to get people engaged and willing to embrace new way of working.
Additionally, we see that you have:
University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management or equivalent.
Extensive experience and expertise in Source-to-Pay processes.
Strong technical and functional expertise with any of the major Source-to-Pay solutions (Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Ariba, Zycus etc.) or other relevant system.
Extensive experience from a previous system owner role or equivalent.
Project and change management experience proven through independent end to end delivery of at least one major project within process and system management.
Experience from Category Management and Procurement of indirect Goods and Services in a large enterprise environment.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills and experience in managing conflicting priorities.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills and evidence of concise, structured, thought-through communication.
