Responsiblities
As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing commercial relationships with our benefit partners. Your main goal is to drive growth, maximize partner revenues, and enhance the value of our user experience. You’ll take the lead in expanding existing partnerships, onboarding new ones, and collaborating with partners to continuously develop and improve our overall benefit offering. With a strategic mindset, you ensure every partner is set up for long-term success.
You’ll be part of the commercially driven Partner Success team, currently 17 people strong and primarily based in Stockholm, with two members in Copenhagen. We’re evolving quickly and focus on results, value creation, and innovation. Collaboration is key, and you’ll work closely with several cross-functional teams.
You will also:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of benefit partners within our Marketplace.
- Develop commercial plans and lead development initiatives for partners.
- Identify growth opportunities to help partners reach their full potential, including development of benefit products.
- Analyze performance metrics (orders, page views, conversion rates) and act on insights to optimize results.
- Collaborate with internal teams like Partner Success, Client Success, Engage, and Core Benefits to ensure seamless execution and alignment.

With a strategic mindset, you’re comfortable developing and executing commercial plans that deliver on growth goals.
You have a strong analytical ability, allowing you to dive into KPIs such as page views, orders, and conversion rates, and turn insights into action. Your understanding of digital sales and E-commerce dynamics enables you to navigate the complexities of online marketplaces with ease.
- 3+ years of experience in Partner Management, B2B-sales or E-Commerce.
- Fluent in Swedish and professional working proficiency in English.
Preferred
- Previous experience with partner responsibility or working within a platform-based business.
