About the role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly collaborative Marketing Production Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end content production process. This is a hands-on role focused on turning strategy into action - owning planning, resourcing, timelines, and delivery of content across digital, campaign, and brand channels. You’ll manage a team of creatives (in-house and freelance), align stakeholders across the business, and ensure content projects land on time and on brief. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and operations, so we’re looking for someone who is both detail-oriented and solutions-driven, with a strong interest in the creative process.
What you'll do
Own and manage the full content production lifecycle - from planning and briefing through to delivery, approval and publishing
Manage the content calendar and production roadmap, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns, product launches, and business goals
Build and manage structured workflows to coordinate inputs from product marketing, leadership, design, and other teams
Track progress and timelines across multiple workstreams to ensure smooth delivery and consistent output
Review and quality-control content to ensure it meets brand, tone, and strategic standards
Act as the central point of coordination and for content-related projects, ensuring communication of status and blockers, and stakeholder alignment, across marketing, product, sales, and leadership
Ensure creative briefs and timelines are aligned with strategic objectives and priorities
Manage publishing workflows across website CMS, blog, social media, and email
What you bring
Several of experience as a Marketing Production Manager / Project Manager / Marketing Producer / Creative Producer
Proven track record of executing creative productions from brief to final delivery for large 360 campaigns (which include, but are not limited to; online- and offline marketing assets, social marketing, AV & print finishing, and event production)
Experience working with a diverse set of freelancers and agencies (social, media, creative, production houses)
Able to provide clear and actionable creative direction throughout the production process while effectively communicating with multiple creative partners and stakeholders simultaneously
Capable of overseeing and managing multiple campaigns at the same time, and effectively prioritizing your time and effort to ensure we move at pace without sacrificing quality
