About the role
As Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the positioning, messaging, and creation of engaging content relating to our product offering and the value it brings to our customers. You will translate complex technical capabilities into compelling value propositions and narratives tailored for legal buyers—from senior partners at top-tier firms to GCs and legal ops leaders in enterprise in-house teams.
You’ll create and continuously optimise content with strong product storytelling on the website and in sales and campaign materials, collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, design, GTM teams.
This is a critical role at the center of marketing, product, and sales. You will partner closely with product management, engineering, sales, and customer success to shape how our product is understood and adopted by the market.
What you'll do
Define and evolve product positioning and messaging frameworks that clearly articulate our value to legal professionals
Deeply understand our target personas - including firm-based lawyers, GCs, legal ops, and compliance teams - and their workflows, pain points, and buying behaviors
Plan and execute product launches, feature announcements, and competitive campaigns across channels and touchpoints
Develop sales tools and collateral such as pitch decks, battle cards, product one-pagers that align with the buying process and help move prospects & customers through the sales cycle
Craft compelling product stories that demonstrate real-world impact and drive adoption - from case studies and demo scripts to product videos and customer narratives
Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape and emerging trends in GenAI and LegalTech to inform positioning and strategy
Partner with content, design, and demand gen teams to create high-impact assets including whitepapers, webinars, landing pages, and blog posts
What you bring
Several years of experience in product marketing, ideally in a B2B enterprise SaaS environment
Deep technical curiosity and understanding of AI/ML, especially generative AI technologies and their enterprise applications
Exceptional storytelling & communication skills—you know how to turn complex products into compelling and differentiating narratives that drive engagement, with an ability to ideate and develop narratives and concepts into highly effective content and campaigns
