Are you technology-driven with a passion for creating efficient and secure IT environments? Axel Arigato is seeking a dynamic IT technician who will ensure that our offices and stores have the best technical setups during the time our colleague is on parental leave (from 1st December 2025 until the 31st of December 2026). As a key player in our team, you will oversee workplace and infrastructure, drive technical improvements, manage cloud services, and lead information security efforts. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Some insight into (some of) what you will oversee and be responsible for:
- Ensure that Axel Arigato has an efficient IT workplace according to business needs and IT security requirements, for both office and store users.
- Work operationally with end-user support, monitoring the environment, and collaborating with suppliers.
- Oversee the Microsoft Azure environment and related cloud services, storage, and backup.
ARE YOU THE ONE?
We are seeking a dedicated IT professional to manage and enhance the IT environment at Axel Arigato. This person should be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about technology, with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
We also see you as being experienced and confident in:
- Several years of experience working in IT support or as an IT Technician.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, workplace systems, and end-user support.
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- Experience with device management tools (e.g., Intune or equivalent).
- Clear communication and documentation skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Awareness of IT security best practices and compliance with IT policies.
