The role
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Service Technician with experience in electric vehicles to join our High-Tech Service Center Stockholm.
As a Service Technician, you will carry out a wide range of technical vehicle repairs, both with and without supervision, as well as focusing on the continuous development of your technical skills. We’ve created one of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and you will help ensure an equally innovative service for our customers.
This is what you will do most of the time:
- Perform pre-delivery inspection/ pre delivery services, maintenance, and repairs on premium ZEEKR vehicles to meet manufacturer standards.
- Install & update vehicle software.
- Follow repair orders and prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure timely service delivery.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate repair recommendations to customers.
- Ensuring detailed and accurate documentation of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each repair.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards while performing repairs.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
To be successful in the role, you will demonstrate:
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal automotive training or certification preferred.
- High-Voltage Certification and experience from working with HV.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician, especially with premium car brands.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
