Internship Context:
As part of our efforts to enhance internal testing tools, we are looking for an intern to support our engineering team in developing a real-time analyzer for radio range (SRD) testing. Currently, these tests are conducted manually, with results analyzed only after returning to the office. This project aims to make the process more interactive and efficient.
Project Objective: Develop a C# WPF application that:
- Reads log files in real time
- Visualizes received transmissions at various distances
- Alerts the tester in case of packet loss or test errors
- Is highly customizable for different test scenarios
Key Deliverables:
- Week 1: Learn about the products, protocols, and existing SRD test reports
- Week 2: Deliver a minimum viable product (MVP)
- Week 3: Develop the full-featured application
- Week 4: Improve usability and write technical documentation
