We’re currently looking for a passionate, forward-thinking HR Business Partner, with a strong focus and solid experience in Compensation & Benefits, to join our HR team in Stockholm. You’ll collaborate with colleagues from across the globe — from Sweden to Colombia, Canada to France — and help shape the future of HR in a company where people truly come first.

Your Mission

As our HR Business Partner, you’ll be a strategic force behind our global people agenda, especially supporting our Product and Customer Support teams.

You’ll design smart, competitive compensation and benefits programs, coach leaders, and help us create an exceptional employee experience - from pre-boarding to a fond farewell.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute at both a strategic and operational level, while working across borders and cultures in an environment built on collaboration, trust, and innovation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Compensation & Benefits/Rewards:
    Lead the development of global salary structures, benefit programs, benchmarking, insurance, pensions, and wellness offerings that reflect our values and business strategy.


  • Coaching Managers Worldwide:
    Act as a trusted partner to 20+ managers across various global locations, supporting everything from core HR processes to complex people topics.


  • HR Processes & Projects:
    Drive key initiatives such as performance management, global mobility, and annual HR cycles - all while continuously improving how we work.


  • Happy Teams & Employee Experience:
    Create meaningful employee experiences through every stage of the journey, ensuring every interaction contributes to what we proudly call “Happy Teams.”

    We thrive on new ideas! Bring your unique perspective, challenge our thinking, and help us push the boundaries of what a modern HR team can be.

Who You Are

You’re not just an HR expert - you’re a people champion, a systems thinker, and someone who genuinely cares about making work better. Since our team is growing we are looking for one more team member who ideally brings the following:

  • At least 4+ years of solid experience in Compensation & Benefits/Rewards


  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, Generalist (or similar role), preferably within a global organization.


  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken


  • Data-savvy, tech and AI comfortable, and confident in using insights to guide decision-making


  • Proven experience in driving and delivering HR projects end-to-end, with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.


  • Comfortable balancing strategic planning and hands-on execution


  • Positive, proactive, and adaptable - you see opportunities where others see challenges


  • Knowledge of Swedish labor law (experience with labor regulations in other countries is a valuable plus!)
