Head of Talent Management & People Strategy

In this pivotal position, you will report directly to our CHRO and serve as a key member of the Nordic HR management team. Your mission? Lead and develop talent strategies, processes and solutions that align with our vision to become the leading People Company in our industry. All this, spiced up with curiosity and drive to explore what AI, Data and analytics can do for HR!
Bravida is a highly decentralized company, with most of our co-workers located at customer projects and delivering services. Our Group functions are streamlined and we have strong Country organizations that drive our business, executing on Group Business Strategy and Functional strategy. Therefore, a key success factor in this role is to be highly visible and communicative, translating Talent strategy to impact in our local business units.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic development in areas such as Leadership, Teamship, Employeeship, Employer Branding, Performance & Development, DEI and Learning.
- Set group-wide talent and people development targets, strategies and processes.
- Act as the subject matter expert for all talent processes—driving change, business impact and the integration of future-ready people tech solutions.
- Translate our People vision into innovative, actionable initiatives across the organization.
- Lead the virtual team of Talent Managers across our country HR teams—driving consistency, effectiveness and collaboration.
- Co-pilot with CHRO on coordination of HR Group and management team, as well as on governance and alignment of our overarching and country specific People Plans.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone with a passion for HR and business transformation. You thrive on making a real difference and bring a strong strategic and operational mindset to everything you do.
You bring:
- Proven experience in all or most areas of Talent Management, preferably in an HR leadership role.
- Strategy and conceptual excellence, maybe from career experience in people strategy consulting
- Experience working in decentralized organizations—ideally within industries involving field technicians or operational teams.
- Experience from implementing HCM solutions, process alignment and driving user adoption
- A strong personal drive, combined with a strategic outlook and excellent stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to build long-term relationships, structure complex initiatives and lead cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluency in English and at least one of the Nordic languages. If you happen to be a Dane, Finn or Norwegian living in Sthlm, great! Swedes also welcome of course.
We are looking for someone who is structured, ambitious, strategic and results oriented. You enjoy collaborating with others and you find it easy to have discussions and build long-term relationships.
Location
Stockholm. Flexibility to travel and spend time in our Nordic countries is a must.
