Job Description
Do you have the ability to, on a strategic level, develop and lead a Key Account Management Department to success? As our new Head of KAM you will not only spend your days leading amazing colleagues, you will also strategically set growth plans, business reviews and overall develop the business with our strategic accounts. You will build long-lasting relationships and work closely with the management and key stakeholders in the establishment of departmental strategies, goals, and targets. Your mission
Take overall responsibility for our Key Account Management team at foodora, which includes the personnel responsibility for 4-6 Key Account Managers
Take strategic ownership of the department. This includes developing and implementing new processes and structures for our strategic accounts. For example, implement monthly/quarterly Business reviews
Implement commercial strategies. For example, how to increase growth and maximize value for our strategic accounts. Make sure our strategic accounts are fully integrated with our Ecosystem (deals, ad tech, subscription, POS etc).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, both on an operational and strategic level
Participate in key meetings with strategic accounts
Lead complex commercial projects. For example commission increase initiatives
Utilize and implement best practices from other Delivery Hero markets in order to drive development in the strategic Account Management area.

Qualifications
You have been responsible for large accounts, and have experience from complex negotiation with proven track record
If you have led a team that will be considered a plus
Advanced knowledge within Office (excel, powerpoint)
Fluent in Swedish and English
Prior experience from eCommerce and/or tech is considered a plus
