Job Description

Your mission
As Head of Key Accounts Management, you will play a central role in driving foodora’s growth by managing and developing relationships with our most important restaurant partners. You will:
Lead our Key Accounts Management team
Be the caretaker of team morale and well being
Raise the bar to drive improvements to performance and impact
Identify personal development opportunities for team members and provide or secure the right form of mentorship / coaching / training
Deliver on strategic goals around growth, business development and profitability for foodora and its partners by:
Shaping account-specific commercial strategies
Leading negotiations and finding agreement between multiple internal and external stakeholders on win-win solutions
Ensuring 360-degree execution of agreed plans
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, and act as the main point of contact at foodora for our most valued accounts
Ensure effective and proactive contract management
Monitor and analyze account performance, and identify areas for optimization by guiding analyses and translating data into insights
Work cross-functionally and get in the detail to find practical solutions to complex problems, together with our teams across Commercial, Marketing, Operations and Finance
Act as a liaison between foodora’s Swedish and Corporate organisations
Take ownership of implementing corporate driven initiatives and processes within Sweden
Ensure successful local execution while providing timely and constructive feedback to the corporate team on any market-specific challenges or constraints that may impact compliance or effectiveness
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in client facing role(s) across commercial, account/partnerships management or business development functions
Demonstrated experience in people leadership and senior stakeholder management
A high degree of comfort working with operational and financial data, modeling out scenarios, and using intuition as well as data to make decisions
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
