The position comes with the responsibility of developing the presence of LEGO product ranges and the brand in the retail outlets within the designated region, in line with the plans set by sales leadership. Additionally, to optimise the action plans defined with national clients located within region in collaboration with key account management and to prioritise beneficial actions in points of sale with the highest traffic/ potential.

Core Responsibilities
- Management of customers by selling products and meeting customer needs via direct and indirect client visits.
- Drive commercial dialogues to secure contracts at regional level qualifying needs, expectations, and profile of the client recommending and processing orders
- Ensuring excellence in in-store execution aligned to company strategic priorities across all channels following up to inform, guide and secure long-term customer commitment.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to ensure the campaign plans are executed flawlessly, and maximize opportunities in store and on social media
- Attend customer fairs to build relations with the stores, handle customer orders, and sell-in campaigns
- Take ownership of the account planning processes including trade promotional and launch planning as well as commercial target management
- Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers/ channels and introduce promotional offers and resell according to national agreements.
- Indirect leadership and mentoring of a team of merchandisers offering the highest quality of brand expertise.

This position sits in the Nordics Commercial Business Unit and is key to achieve theirs and the regions goals and ensures that our market leadership position is maintained in-country by building long-term relationships across different channels and achieving in-store execution excellence optimising the presence and performance of the LEGO brand and product ranges.
Do you have what it takes?
- A demonstrable experience as an established field-based Sales Representative role preferably in FMCG serving Stockholm based retailers.
- A target driven record in a field sales role with the ability to drive commercial business dialogue through data and insight to drive a compelling storyline.
- Proven ownership of relevant retailer and territory management accounts.
- Previous experience working across functions e.g., Key Account, Merchandising and Trade Marketing to implement in-store activations working in a collaborative and team spirited way.
- Proven commercial competence, prospecting, and presentation skills with an attention to detail and organisation (organisational strength is critical in this role).
- Very comfortable with commercial and digital tools (Microsoft Office, especially Excel, B2B, SAP...)
- Proficient in Swedish as well as business English, both are required day to day.
- Located in the same region (Stockholm) as the customer base is essential to conduct this role.
- Travel (via car) is required (minimum 3 days/week in the field, expectations are the role will be field based 80% of the time) plus 1 day every 2 weeks in our central Stockholm office.
