Key account manager – Tachograph After market

Join Stoneridge Electronics as our Key Account Manager for the Tachograph After Market and help us move mobility forward across Sweden.
About the Role
As Key Account Manager, you will lead a small team of Account Managers while directly managing relationships and technical support with tachograph aftermarket customers in workshops and transportation companies. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends team development, strategic sales execution, hold training courses and key account management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead & Develop: Coach and support a team of Account Managers to meet sales targets and grow professionally.
  • Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive growth and profitability.
  • Customer Advocacy: Represent the voice of the customer internally, ensuring their needs and feedback are heard.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities in the Swedish aftermarket.
  • Negotiation & Quotation: Lead quotation and negotiation processes with support from the internal sales team.
What We’re Looking For
  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in key account management and team leadership, ideally in the automotive or aftermarket sector.
  • Strong interest in technical products and solutions.
  • Result oriented, communicative and initiative taking.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., SuperOffice) is a plus.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel within Sweden.
