About the role
As our Expert Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling healthcare communications for professionals across Sweden. Working within key categories like Pain, Oral Health, Respiratory, Smokers Health, and Wellness, you'll drive the creation and delivery of impactful content that empowers pharmacists, GPs, nurses, and key opinion leaders.
Your expertise will bring together insights from brand teams, sales, and external partners to develop strategic messaging and toolkits for multiple channels, including digital platforms, conferences, and publications. Collaborating with creative agencies and associations, you will ensure our content stands out, delivers real value to healthcare professionals, and supports Haleon's mission to improve everyday health.

Key Responsibilities
Foster brand advocacy and recommendation among healthcare professionals, consumers, patients, and peers to drive net sales growth
Oversee the comprehensive expert content strategy across various channels, including field force and digital initiatives, ensuring effective execution and KPI monitoring to promote healthcare professionals’ recommendations.
Articulate and promote Haleon’s Sustainability agenda to targeted experts, supporting industry-wide transformation.
Integrate expert marketing activation plans within the overarching brand strategy, contributing to brand NRM planning with defined expert plans, appropriate prize sizing, and required budgets.
Establish clear expert communication objectives and provide guidance on deploying and amplifying global/BU expert content strategies and toolkits.
Lead the implementation of global/Business Unit content and toolkits tailored to distinct expert audiences, ensuring effective multichannel execution—such as through Haleon Health Partner platforms, digital channels, and events—with robust performance tracking.
Develop and deliver localized halo content as necessary, ensuring consistency of messaging between expert audiences and consumers/patients and adherence to local regulations and guidelines.
Guarantee the availability of relevant content aligned with respective sales cycles in annual cycle planning.
Collaborate with brand teams to identify content gaps, proactively address future content needs, and contribute to the development of new claims and toolkits for priority brands at the global or BU level.
Identify, scale, and share best practices across BUs, disseminating learnings from local implementations and executions.
Define and manage relationships with creative and production agencies to ensure quality deliverables.
Work in partnership with local brand, medical, regulatory, customer marketing, sales teams, and the BU expert team to achieve all outlined objectives.
Qualifications and skills
University degree
5+ years in medical, brand, or expert marketing
Strong understanding of the healthcare professionals, communication style and messaging particular to the community the content is delivered
Digital marketing experience, including performance tracking
Excellent communicator; fluent in Swedish and English
