What you will do
The EHS Manager reports to Quality & EHS Director based in Slovakia, and place of work is at SWEP’s head office in Landskrona, Sweden. International travel is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of EHS strategies.
- Responsible for developing EHS road maps supporting the SWEP strategy and communicating them
- Coordinate EHS activities across factories and sites.
- Drive continuous improvement by coaching problem-solving and tracking progress
- Being a team member in the Global ESG Team.
- Represent SWEP EHS topics, internally and externally.
Your background
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field combined with a proven track record of work experience within Environment, Health & Safety. We trust you have been working in a matrix and international environment. Excellent written and spoken English is essential for success in this global role.
Preferably you have knowledge of environmental, health & safety codes and regulations, and practical knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

You can work effectively in a matrix organization with indirect leadership across regions and are driven by a delivery‑oriented mindset, and the confidence to make things happen. To us, the attitude towards learning and finding new solutions is more important than knowing everything. However, if you have a lot of experience, we can give you a challenge since there is a broad spectrum of assignments.
