The Role

As a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agent at Qliro, you’ll be the voice that creates WOW moments for our customers. In this full-time role, you’ll provide exceptional support to customers across all Nordic markets, ensuring they have a positive experience at every touchpoint. We invest in your growth and offer opportunities to advance within the company as you excel in the role.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create WOW moments by expertly managing customer inquiries for our Nordic markets mainly in Finnish via phone, chat, and email
  • Identify customer needs and resolve issues with the goal of delivering outstanding satisfaction
  • Work towards individual and team KPIs focused on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of customer service processes and procedures

Your Profile

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English (both spoken and written)
  • Service-oriented with a genuine passion for customer satisfaction
  • Detail-focused and capable of handling multiple tasks at once
  • Structured, flexible, and engaged with excellent communication skills
  • A quick learner who is comfortable with digital tools and systems
  • Previous customer service experience (via phone, chat, or email) is a plus!

  • Location: Qliro office in Odenplan, Stockholm
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Employment: Full-time
  • Working hours: Weekdays 8am-5pm with occasional weekend work if needed
