We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Investor Relations to lead strategic communications between the company and the global investment community. This role is critical in shaping investor perceptions, ensuring market transparency, and supporting capital access during a transformative phase for the organization.
Role Summary
The Head of Investor Relations is responsible for managing communication with shareholders, analysts, institutional investors, and rating agencies. This includes articulating the company’s financial performance, strategic priorities, and industry positioning in a clear and credible manner.
This position is especially pivotal as the organization undergoes significant transformation—investing heavily in innovation, electrification, and sustainability while navigating geopolitical volatility and market shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a robust investor relations strategy aligned with financial and strategic objectives
Lead communications related to quarterly and annual reporting, earnings releases, pre-close calls, and regulatory disclosures
Coordinate and manage investor events such as Capital Markets Days, roadshows, site visits, and strategy updates
Engage in one-on-one meetings with analysts and institutional investors
Monitor and report on market sentiment, peer performance, and analyst perspectives
Collaborate with internal teams including sustainability, finance, product, and corporate communications
Ensure all investor communications comply with regulatory requirements and governance policies
Participate in disclosure committees and contribute to decisions on insider information classification and financial communication strategy
Support green financing initiatives, bond issuance coordination, and ESG rating engagement
Drive strategic messaging around transition to electrification, digitalization, and sustainable mobility

Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in investor relations, financial communications, or capital markets
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Deep understanding of financial reporting, market dynamics, and industry transformation
Proven ability to lead high-stakes communication in complex and dynamic environments
Proficient in Swedish and English
