As our Corporate Strategy & Business Development Manager , you will support HID’s success by:
- Managing complex research and analyses to drive business case development for key strategic focus areas.
- Share insights and recommendations in a structured and easily digestible manner in both written and oral format, persuading based on facts and sound logic.
- Supporting the development of strategy & management presentations to ASSA ABLOY Group and HID Management.
- Help track and monitor key initiatives and results of implemented strategies.
- Supporting end-to-end strategy development including adjustments to existing strategies based on new learnings and changes in the competitive environment.

Developing IAMS overall strategy as well as providing strategic support to IAMS 3 business units (BUs).
- Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills in combination with a practical and action-oriented mindset.
- Ability to effectively present and communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Collaborative personality and a strong team player.

Ability to effectively manage various stakeholders, building trust, and influencing across geographies, functions and executive levels.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics or Engineering. Master’s Degree valued.
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience from top-tier management consulting, strategy/business development line role, investment banking or similar.
- High proficiency with Microsoft products especially Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel internationally when needed.
- Technical experience or additional background preferred.
