Job Summary
We are seeking a high-impact Business Transformation or Strategy Consultant to join our team on a contract basis, supporting clients across Northern and Baltic Europe in delivering critical change programs in the manufacturing and supply chain sectors. You will lead and support transformation engagements that involve operating model redesign, process optimisation, digital implementation readiness, and strategic roadmap execution, working in a client-facing capacity.
Duties
- · Drive business transformation initiatives in manufacturing or supply chain environments
- Define and refine business strategies, performance goals, and KPI structures
- Conduct current-state assessments and lead future-state design workshops
- Align stakeholders around a transformation roadmap
- Develop and execute change and communication plans
- Provide hands-on support during implementation phases
- Collaborate with functional teams across operations, logistics, procurement, and finance
- Translate strategy into operational impact with measurable ROI
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reports
Experience
- · 5+ years' experience in business transformation, strategy, or operations consulting
- Strong exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial sectors
- Proven consulting track record, ideally in international or matrixed environments
- Ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and drive results in dynamic settings
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen
- Fluent in English and one of the following (based on placement country): Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Estonian, Latvian
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- Willingness to travel and work on-site up to 5 days per wee
Desirable Qualifications
Experience with strategy
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence frameworks
MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred
