This is a temporary summer position of 8 weeks.
Your mission:
Coordinate between stores and commercial initiatives and campaigns
Track and follow up on campaign performance and results
Assist in the setup and administration of marketing campaigns
Manage invoicing documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping
Provide administrative support to site and category management functions
Qualifications
Comfortable working with Excel and other Microsoft 365 tools
Familiarity with Google Workspace (G-suite) apps
Strong coordination and administrative skills
Available to work 75–100% during a continuous 8-week period (starting from an agreed date)
Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken
Swedish language skills are a bonus, but not required
Preferably based in Stockholm and able to work from our office daily
