Job Summary
We are a dynamic and forward-thinking company seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a master of identifying new opportunities and building strategic relationships that drive significant revenue and market growth. You will be responsible for the full cycle of business development, from market analysis and lead generation to negotiation and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis: Proactively identify and analyze new market opportunities, emerging industry trends, and the competitive landscape to inform our growth strategy.
Opportunity Pipeline: Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, prospecting, and building a robust pipeline of high-value clients and strategic partners.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective clients, key partners, and influential industry stakeholders.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine the company's business development roadmap, creating compelling business proposals and presentations for internal and external audiences.
Networking: Represent the company professionally at conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance our brand presence and build valuable connections.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead the negotiation process for strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, and commercial agreements, working closely with the legal team to ensure favorable terms.
Internal Collaboration: Work in close partnership with our product and R&D teams to ensure a seamless and aligned approach to market expansion and a consistent feedback loop for product improvement.
Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular, insightful updates on the business development pipeline and performance to management.

Skills and Qualifications:Required:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of proven experience in business development, strategic sales, or a similar role with a track record of success.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
A strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, WebCRM)
High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

Preferred:
Master’s degree or MBA.
Experience within the ceramic tile production or food production.
An existing network of contacts within our target markets.
Fluency in English and Swedish; additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.
