Working as an Associate Lawyer within Real Estate M&A at Roschier
Our cross-border Real Estate transactions team regularly advises private equity investors, institutional investors, real estate funds, developers as well as listed and private corporations in complex and challenging corporate real estate transactions, complex construction projects as well as planning and permit issues. We have long-standing experience in large and complex corporate real estate matters and are therefore able to deliver comprehensive advice, including strategic advice on structuring of deals, joint ventures, and various financing solutions.
At Roschier, we work with leading blue chip companies on assignments that impact international business and market development. To provide you with the best foundation for your future, you will work on complex assignments and take on your own responsibilities early on in close collaboration with partners and senior colleagues.

Your profile
We are looking for a candidate who will have a law degree by June 2025, with excellent oral and written communication skills and fluency in Swedish and English. Court experience and/or other relevant work experience are considered a merit but is not an explicit requirement.
