This role plays a key part in driving and developing Quantify’s RWE business through sales, thought leadership, delivery excellence and team management. The successful candidate will demonstrate a successful track record of driving business outcomes through their network, ability to sell high-value projects, overseeing the delivery of high quality, efficient projects, and motivating high-performing teams.
The role includes close collaboration with Quantify’s senior leaders within and across functions. You will lead by example to build a positive company culture. As an (Associate) Director, you will have a pivotal role in business execution and development in a company with an exciting growth journey ahead as we grow our Nordic and European RWE business as part of the Athagoras Group.
Key responsibilities
Sales and business development
- Substantial contribution to sales through leveraging a large client network and independent development of proposals
- Proactively initiate sales and business development activities
- Identify and implement new ways for Quantify to add value to new and existing clients
- Lead thought leadership activities with visibility internally and externally
- Support and coach colleagues in sales, client communication, and overall industry needs
Project Management
- Lead and advise Quantify's largest and most complex RWE projects
- Guarantor of deliverables, including full understanding of client expectations around scope, quality, and timelines.
- Provide expert knowledge, insights and confidence to clients and project teams, related to real world data, study design and business opportunities.
- Proactively discuss and understand client needs and objectives, and ensure that Quantify project teams deliver value to the client
- Ensure the efficient delivery of projects
- Be available for discussions within or outside projects with clients as needed, as a trusted advisor
- Support continuous business improvements
- Successfully integrate technologies including AI into project delivery to improve quality and efficiency
Team management
- Lead, motivate and manage a diverse set of teams and roles as a project advisor and a line manager
- Provide trainings for teams in both subject matter and internal company processes Able to delegate tasks effectively, and provide constructive review and feedback

Key skills and qualifications
- PhD or MSc in a field relating to epidemiology, economics, statistics or similar
- + 7 years’ work experience of health economics and outcomes research including real world evidence (RWE) in consulting or the life science industry
- Deep expertise in access and analysis of real-world data from the Nordic or European region, and the RWE landscape in support of regulatory approval and market access
- Demonstrated excellence in sales and business development related to RWE
- Experience from leading teams
- Experience of observational studies for regulatory purposes (e.g. imposed PASS studies), or in oncology indications is a merit
