Tasks
As a Founder Associate, you will work directly with the founding team, gaining hands-on exposure to all aspects of building and scaling a business. You’ll act as a versatile problem-solver and project owner, supporting the founders on a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives.
What you will be doing
- Founder Support & Special Projects: Collaborate directly with the founder on top-priority cross-functional projects.
- Go-To-Market: Support the design and execution of go-to-market strategies - from launching new initiatives to conducting meetings and driving early traction.
- AI-Powered Execution: Tap into modern AI tools to move faster, automate repetitive tasks and unlock creative solutions across every part of the business - making us more effective, every day.
- Project Management: Own high-impact projects from end to end. Plan, prioritize, and keep the team aligned - including running structured workshops when needed to unblock and accelerate.
- Communications: Craft clear, compelling internal and external messaging across different channels. Help develop and share our story across decks, documents, investor updates, and beyond.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key partners, investors, clients, and advisors. Prepare and manage workshops and represent the company at industry events.

Must-Haves
- Comfortable speaking to external stakeholders and building relationships
- Proven ability to get things done
- Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Passionate about startups, tech, and solving hard problems
- Highly curious with strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Swedish or German a plus)
- Any kind of side hustles or previous founding experience
- Comfortable using AI tools to build, create, and automate
- Entrepreneurial drive and self-starter mentality
- High ownership and willingness to go the extra mile
- Autonomous, curious, and execution-driven
