Your role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Leader to join our Capgemini Insights & Data team in the Nordics. The AI Leader will play a crucial role in driving pre-sales activities, developing go-to-market strategies, and supporting sales teams with AI-driven solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, strong sales acumen, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the front runner for AI in Insights & Data cross Nordics. You enjoy the spotlight, speaking and show visibility at events and marketing activities will be part of the role.
• Lead pre-sales activities by identifying client needs, presenting AI solutions, and demonstrating the value of our offerings to potential clients.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AI products and services, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives. Utilize the global portfolio in Nordics.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that showcase the capabilities and benefits of our AI solutions.
• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and provide tailored AI solutions that address their specific needs.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and incorporate them into sales and marketing efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth and expand market presence.
• Monitor and evaluate the business performance of our AI deliveries, ensuring they deliver the expected value and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• The role requires frequent travels across the Nordics.

Your profile

• You are a seasoned data and AI leader who has both expertise and experience in building and scaling data and AI solutions or professional service businesses within the European market.
• You have Executive presence. Proficient in earning trust and engaging with executive clients in both the business and technical domain with ease. Able to convey vision at a high level, and dive deep into the intricacies with ease.
• Ability to navigate complexity. A savvy business operator, who networks rapidly, is comfortable dealing with ambiguity and complex organisations, is generous with their expertise, and coalesces disparate teams to unite toward a common vision.
• Establishes “think big” strategies to achieve AI at scale and develops broad enterprise-wide transformation deals that navigate clients from vision to transformational scale with a focus on business outcomes.
• Proven experience in leading AI projects and teams, with a strong track record of delivering successful AI solutions in a pre-sales or sales support role.
• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and other
• Strong sales acumen and experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for AI products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in the Nordics market and understanding of local business practices and regulations is a plus.
