If Private’s Customer Center and External Sales operations have a key role in making sure our 3,2 million customers are correctly insured. We take care of over 7 million customer contacts yearly, both on the phone and in electronic channels.
We are now looking for a Project Manager to strengthen Nordic Sales & Service Excellence team in Business Area Private in CC&ES.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze opportunities & lead projects aimed at growing the number of correctly insured customers. Driving growth initiatives with a wide group of stakeholders including colleagues in Partnerships, Digital Sales & Digital Customer Experience.
- Drive development omni-channel processes, for example: working together with Digital & CRM to improve online prospecting processes.
- Conduct analyses & lead change projects to support focus areas set in CC&ES. Ensure implementation of best practices across Nordic countries together with local management teams.
- Develop operations in Outbound, External Sales, Hybrid and Inbound channels aiming for growth in sales & customer experience.
Competences & qualifications
- Curiosity & drive to steer growth agenda in a complex matrix organization.
- Experience in leading large projects from A-Z covering several countries. Ability to take informal leadership role to secure progress.
- Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills, with the ability to build solid business cases and analyses to support decision-making.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel sales and service processes, understanding of insurance value creation is a plus.
- Strong interest using new technologies and AI to improve ways of working.
- Higher education (minimum Bachelor) within relevant field.
- Good communication and presentation skills in English & Swedish.
