Quantify is growing and we are now looking for a Project Leader with at least 3 years of relevant experience in market access, economic modelling and HTA submissions to join our Modelling, Access and Strategy team in Stockholm or Helsinki.
This position gives you the opportunity to work with market access and HTA in the Nordic countries and offers exposure to the different HTA systems in the Nordics, different disease areas, methodologies and strategic considerations. Moreover, you will have the chance to test new responsibilities, including leading teams and guiding junior colleagues and, potentially, line management. The Role
As Project Leader you will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects to support our clients gaining market access and reimbursement in the Nordic countries. This entails writing project proposals, leading teams, e.g. in the development of dossiers and health economic models and providing guidance and strategic advice to clients.
Key tasks consist of leading the day-to-day project work, coordinating and delegating tasks as well as some hands-on work, creative problem solving and risk analysis, budget follow-up and ensuring overall client satisfaction through careful planning, clear communication, high quality deliverables, and collaboration within teams.
Examples of day-to-day activities include:
- Leading and executing multiple projects using a solutions-oriented mind-set and be available as a discussion partner for strategic questions
- Developing and executing reimbursement strategy plans
- Leading work on market access landscape analyses, reimbursement dossiers and health-economic models
- Leading client meetings and driving sales related activities
- Collaboration across our other units specializing in Real-world Evidence & Analytics and Evidence Review & Synthesis
Your qualifications
- Postgraduate degree (MSc) in economics, statistics, health economics or similar
- At least 3+ years of relevant work experience at a pharmaceutical company, consultancy, university or government office
- Extensive experience of market access, economic modelling and HTA submissions (in the Nordic countries)
- Experienced in writing or assessing reimbursement dossiers and working with health-economics models
- Experience of team/ project leadership
- Experienced user of MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Hard working, driven and curious
- Strong analytical skills combined with an independent, solution oriented “hands-on” mentality
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Well-developed critical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English is mandatory
- Verbal/written skills in a Nordic language is a merit
