As a continuously growing company, we are looking for a solution-oriented People & Organisation Partner for our Nordics & Lithuania People function. What will your role be?
  • Partner with business leaders to provide value driven solutions that contribute to the achievement of business objectives
  • Provide coaching and assistance to managers and to employees for people related topics
  • Manage the people master plan to ensure that each employee receives annual performance objectives, accurate and constructive feedback as well as recognition and reward
  • Ensure people are in the right role to deliver business objectives, by working with managers to build and develop strong teams
  • Work with other functions in the People team to ensure compensation, benefits, learning and development, onboarding etc. are aligned with corporate policies, practices and culture, as well as compliant with local laws and practices
  • Promote the People initiatives to secure that Dassault Systèmes is considered as a great place to work and employer of choice
  • Promote and role model the Dassault Systèmes values to adopt and adapt the global processes and initiatives in the Nordics by cooperation and coordination with 3DS global organisation
Your key success factors
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a generalist HR role as an HR Business Partner or comparable position
  • Experienced in working in international context with a strong corporate function
  • Knowledge of Nordics labour relations
  • Business acumen
  • Great communication skills
  • Operational excellence
  • Building trusting relationships
The role is positioned in Stockholm and will eventually include some travelling within Nordics and EMEAR.
