Marketing Coordinator Nordics

You will also coordinate the translation of marketing materials and make sure our Nordic teams have the materials they need, like printed sales and marketing materials, merchandise, and business cards.
As a Marketing Coordinator at Arjo, you will own the "analog" marketing activities for the Nordic region, expanding our reach and visibility through engaging social media posts and supporting the Nordic Marketing Lead with content creation. Your main tasks will include planning and organizing Arjo Nordic’s participation in exhibitions, conferences, and similar events. You will also coordinate the translation of marketing materials and ensure the availability of requested materials for our Nordic teams, including printed sales and marketing materials, merchandise, and business cards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Translation Coordination: Manage translations of marketing materials.
- Event Planning: Organize exhibitions and conferences.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage branded items.
- Business Cards: Design and order business cards.
- Material Production: Oversee production of marketing materials.
- Showpad Management: Train and support sales reps using Showpad.
- Social Media: Create and post engaging content.
- Branding: Coordinate visual branding elements.
- Content Creation: Assist with creating marketing materials.
The skills you will need:
- Proficiency in English and at least one Nordic language.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy, cultural relevance, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Excellent organizational and logistics coordination skills.
- Ability to manage promotional activities and conduct post-event analysis.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Experience in developing and publishing engaging social media content.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Self-driven and proactive.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Great at executing and “getting the job done.”
