PSP Executive – Payments Team (iGaming)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PSP Executive to join our client Payments team in the iGaming sector. This role is critical in managing PSP relationships, optimizing payment flows, ensuring compliance, and exploring new payment options across European markets.
Responsibilities
- Monitor PSP performance by analyzing volumes, success rates, and user behavior
- Research and evaluate new and existing payment methods to support business needs
- Identify patterns and propose improvements to optimize payment conversion
- Prepare regular reports on AR trends, performance, and error rates
- Act as the main point of contact for PSPs, managing escalations and communication
- Support integration of new PSPs and payment methods
- Maintain documentation of payment processes and procedures
- Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in PSP management or a similar iGaming payments role
- Strong attention to detail — spotting what others miss
- Customer-focused mindset — thinking like the player
- Confident with Google Sheets, Excel (pivot tables), Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Organised, hands-on, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
