Key Responsibilities and Duties
As an Executive Trainee, you'll work alongside our Chief Executive Officer on an exciting range of projects. Your role will span various areas, including New Business, Customer Development, and Product Portfolio. You'll take a helicopter perspective of the company, supporting communication and analysis to drive growth and optimization. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and planning for the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Commercial Officer and the Allente executive team.
- Leading efficiency or growth projects as a project manager.
- Organizing and participating in critical meetings to set the strategic direction for the company and commercial division.
- Preparing analytical and creative presentations.
- Supporting the Chief Executive Officer and his management team with practicalities.
- Bringing your own ideas and suggestions to the table.
Who We Are Looking For?
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or economics.
We seek someone who is:
- Available to start working as soon as possible
- Ambitious, structured, and result-oriented
- A team-player with strong communication skills
- Curious with a thirst for learning
- Brave and innovative
- Proficient in both English and Swedish
