Pega is looking for a commercially-minded, dynamic, and driven Partner Manager to lead our multi-partner strategy in the Nordic region. You will be responsible for managing our key strategic partners - with particular emphasis on Capgemini, Accenture, and AWS - while providing oversight for wider partner community initiatives.


This role demands an outgoing professional who can drive partner solutions development, marketing and delivery excellence across our strategic partner portfolio. You will work closely with alliance counterparts to ensure execution at the regional, vertical, account and opportunity levels, designing and executing business plans with each assigned partner to deliver license revenue through innovative strategies and solutions.

What You'll Do at Pega:

A primary objective of this Partner Manager role is to drive programmatic partner engagement across the Nordic region, with concentrated focus on our key partners such as Capgemini, Accenture and AWS, while maintaining oversight of broader partner community initiatives. You will develop and manage relationships with assigned partners to sell the value of joint Pega and Partner value propositions to sales teams across the Nordic markets.


In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with our strategic Nordic partners to increase their selling capabilities and align GTM sales strategies with Pega's regional sales teams
  • Develop partner vertical solutions that drive sales for assigned partners and Pega across Nordic markets
  • Help evangelize key partners to the Pega sales teams, helping them understand the value in selling with strategic partners
  • Create comprehensive partner profiles, highlighting key differentiators, use cases and strengths for consumption by Pega sales teams
  • Align and coordinate Pega resources (including sales, pre-sales & technical enablement, marketing, product) necessary to help partners achieve success with their Pega practice
  • Evangelize Pega throughout your assigned partner organizations (focusing on client-facing personnel), as well as more widely in the Nordic partner community to increase awareness of Pega
  • Provide strategic oversight for wider partner community initiatives beyond core strategic partners

Who You Are:

You are a commercially-minded relationship builder with a dynamic and outgoing approach to developing strategic partnerships that generate mutually beneficial revenue. You understand the partner co-sell and resell models and have demonstrated success by influencing closed revenue or sourcing opportunities through these partnerships.

Experience working in or with AWS and other Hyperscalers would be a significant advantage.


You excel at collaborating with multiple parties to produce solutions that include sales assets such as customer presentations, battle cards, and brochures.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong commercial mindset with dynamic, hungry, and outgoing personality
  • Experience in alliances, consulting and/or business development in the technology or business consulting industries
  • Experience working in or with AWS / Hyperscalers highly preferred
  • Experience managing partner relationships, particularly with major consulting firms
  • Experience building partner programs to build effective co-sell relationships
  • Experience working effectively across different sales, business development and technical teams
  • Understanding of professional services sales and delivery models
  • Familiarity with Nordic business culture and markets preferred

Critical to this position is the ability to collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, leadership, account executives and alliance executives to effectively create true win-win partnerships.
