Summary
As a Creative Motion Designer, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing our organic and – mainly – performance marketing efforts through captivating graphic design and animation. You’ll collaborate with various teams to create visually stunning content that drives engagement, optimizes ad performance, and adheres to our brand’s visual guidelines.
Software knowledge
Adobe Creative Suite: Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
Familiarity with video platforms: Understands the specs and requirements for different digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc).
What you’ll be doing
- Design & Animation: Create engaging graphic design, motion graphics, and character animation for digital organic and performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams and other creatives to ensure brand consistency and compelling messaging.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends in motion design and digital marketing to apply innovative techniques.
- Visual Guidelines Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to the clients established visual guidelines, maintaining brand integrity across all projects.
- Feedback Implementation: Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback to continually improve creative output.
Candidate Requirements - Skills & Knowledge
Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a motion design or animation role, ideally within social media or performance marketing.
Diverse Portfolio: A collection of work showcasing your graphic and animation skills, particularly in marketing contexts.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to design, with a keen eye for aesthetics.
Time Management Skills: Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
