We are now looking for a M&C Interaction Specialist to IMC M&C Interaction Team in Älmhult.
Job Description
As M&C Interaction Specialist you will:
- Lead and develop IMC’s Market Support operations on a day-to-day basis, ensuring excellent internal communication with IKEA Franchisees (Retailers) and other stakeholders.
- Manage and develop interaction methods, processes, tools, and platforms needed to ensure successful implementation of the IKEA offer.
- Contribute to the development of IMCs communication plan towards the IKEA Franchisees (Retailers).
- Contribute to setting the business requirements for ‘Deliver and Make available’ step in IMC Core process, including business support systems, in close collaboration with all IMC functions.
- Contribute to the development of the holistic M&C Interaction agenda across the IKEA Network, including but not limited to securing qualitative market input and insights into the IMC core process.
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders by networking and building trust to ensure effective collaboration.
- Act as a role model in regard to IKEA Culture, Values, and Code of conduct.
Qualifications
- Excellent written, visual and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to nurture trustful relationships across all organizational levels.
- Experience in project and process management, within a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of today’s multi-channel landscape, market, and industry trends.
- You have good knowledge about the IKEA strategic landscape, IKEA concept, brand, values, copy and visual identity, tone of voice, organizational setup, matrix lines, business processes & owners.
- Facilitates engaging and productive meetings and workshops.
- Ability to simplify complicated issues and always strive to facilitate improvements.
- You are driven by working with a long-term approach but with step-by-step deliveries and improvements.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
As a M&C Interaction Specialist you have a passion for communicating in a clear and inspiring way. You carry out your work with the IKEA values at heart and build strong working relationships while co-creating and collaborating with colleagues across the organizations. You also enjoy hands-on work and focus on possibilities and opportunities when faced with challenges. You believe that tactical and operational marketing will grow and transform IKEA business and brand, and you want to contribute to a clear and consistent M&C delivery that inspires and engages people.
