About the Role
The HR Service Desk Analyst develops the service desk function globally and work s with the service line operation teams to execute this function. The role contributes to the development of new and/or improved services, tools and processes. The HR Service Desk Analyst will support mainly our global HR Community by collecting , sharing and transferring knowledge internally . The position is within Global Business Services HR (GBS HR ) and it will be located in our Gothenburg office , in which you will report to the HR Services Team Leader, Global HR Service Desk.

What You Will Do
Manage stakeholder requests in an effective way to ensure that our stakeholder needs are met in a timely and effective way
Responsible to establish and maintain an effective communication with customers and key stakeholders, within matrix and own organization
Use the knowledge of all processes within the service line in order to implement solutions to meet and exceed the needs of our stakeholders
Contribute to the development of new and/or improved services, automation possibilities and processes
Contribute in collecting and transferring knowledge and working to turn that knowledge into continuous improvement
Work in close cooperation between the different organizational units
Who You Are
We believe you have a strong interest in helping and providing services to our stakeholders. If you have a special interest in organizational structure related topics this position will then suit you even better. You need to be eager to learn and to set your knowledge in practice, but patient enough to become a stable, trustworthy go-to- person.
A university degree within Human Resources Management or equivalent
F luen t in English. Speaking other languages, either Swedish , Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch, French, German, Italian is a nice to have.
Preferably you have :
Experience of Workday
Experience of working in ticketing system
Experience from working in the service sector or within HR Administration
