Job description
Toyota Material Handling International AB is looking for a Hospitality Coordinator & Executive Assistant to facilitate our international markets.
As a Hospitality Coordinator & Executive Assistant at Toyota Material Handling International AB, you will be responsible for driving hospitality activities and supporting TMHI AB President and the Management Team with dedicated coordination tasks.
The Hospitality Coordinator & Executive Assistant role is made up of two elements of which one is the executive support function, to deliver high quality support to TMHI AB President including coordinating tasks connected to business and traveling such as work calendar, flight bookings, ticket reservations, meetings, records, notes etc. The other element is the hospitality function including coordination and organization of all activities connected to hospitality in the company, such as;
- Planning, organizing and coordinating conferences and external visits, arrange kick-offs, meetings and major internal and external events.
- Collaboration with other departments in TMHI AB, functions within TMHMS, TMHE and TICO to secure an optimal experience.
- Responsibility for TMHI AB head office Mjölby, social activities, office design and that the office premises are presentable and in order.
Your Profile
Service-orientation and multitasking comes natural to you as you have a great ability to steadily manage and prioritise different tasks and activities with a professional approach. You have a relevant background and thorough experience from previous executive support roles. You are used to work independently and cross functional as a good and reliable team player. While being flexible you have a structured approach to performing your tasks with a pro-active, result-oriented and driven mindset.
You have excellent Swedish and English language skills allowing you to get across to all kinds of people with humility, clarity and ease whether verbally or in writing. Good MS Office skills is a requirement. Experience of working towards deadlines is meritorious as well as awareness of the challenges that comes with operating in an international arena and how to successfully navigate cultural differences between markets, stakeholders and working methods.

More Information
You will report to the President of TMHI AB and be stationed in Mjölby, Sweden. The position is a permanent employment (probationary period may be applicable depending on conditions). Intermittent international traveling may be part of this position.
