Your mission
Own the commercial results in your territory—grow existing accounts, open new doors, and get Locinox solutions specified early so projects run smoothly and on time.
Job Description
What you’ll do
- Own regional revenue after a focused onboarding at our Belgian HQ.
- Develop and support customers with regular visits, hands-on product training, launch support and fast, practical answers.
- Engage prescribers early in the spec by targetting architects, specifiers, and consultants from day one.
- Hunt and expand—build a disciplined pipeline and bring in high-quality partners.
- Run the full sales cycle with support from an Inside Sales Representative (quotes, follow-up, care).
Qualifications
What you bring
5+ years of B2B field sales in technical cycles; experience in fencing, gate automation, building hardware, or entrance control is a plus.
Spec & standards awareness; knowledge of certifications is an advantage.
Relationship builder & closer—you create trust, grow networks, and land commitments.
Self-driven and organized, able to prioritize a busy agenda and report clearly on progress.
Results-oriented, resilient, and comfortable working independently while teaming closely with colleagues.
You speak Swedish and/or Danish. English is important too.
