The Nasdaq European Listings team is responsible for Managing the listing offering for the Nordic, Baltic and Icelandic markets both for already listed companies on our First North Markets and our Main Markets. In addition the Nasdaq Listings team has the responsibility of ensuring that our listing offering is relevant and attractive for new companies that want to list.
What will you be doing?
You can expect responsibilities like:
- Lead and oversee the strategic direction, execution and growth of Nasdaq Nordic Exchange offering in terms of IPO and ECM activity.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, managing relationships and ensuring successful transaction execution. Should ideally have a fairly established network and relationship with Head of ECM, Legal advisors, PE and VC.
- Strategic Coordination: Collaborate and interact with C-Level, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams to drive ECM initiatives and transactions.
- Oversight of Document Preparation: Guide the preparation of documents/Sales material/Presentations for positioning the Nasdaq Nordic Exchanges in the context of IPO.
- Regulatory Expertise: Should have a good understanding of the overall IPO process and the key stakeholders involved.
- Regulatory Compliance & Coordination: Ensure the offer documents, where needed, meet all regulatory requirements coordinating with legal, compliance teams, and regulatory bodies to resolve any issues.
- Deal Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of IPO transactions, leading all aspects of the entire process from inception to closing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and coordinate the Nordic Sales & Account Management team, ensuring high standards of performance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. Interact with senior leadership and relevant business units with Nasdaq.
- Project Management Excellence: Oversee multiple transactions simultaneously, maintaining timelines, managing resources, and meeting strict deadlines.
- Business Development & Pitches: Lead business development efforts, including preparing and delivering high-impact pitches and presentations to potential corporate clients and investors.
Who are we looking for?
- Shown leadership experience
- Excellent understanding of IPO Transactions
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex transaction structures and resolve challenges.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
- Should be a comfortable external presenter in both English and Swedish. A bonus would be additional Nordic languages.

This is a full-time position in Stockholm. The office is currently located in Frihamnen until the end of 2025 when we move into a new modern office in the city center (Klara Zenit)
