The Head of AI will own the vision, strategy, and execution of Aceve’s AI initiatives, with a strong focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI applications. This role will bridge the gap between advanced AI research and practical, high-impact product implementations.
Reporting directly to the CPO, you will lead cross-functional AI initiatives that shape Aceve’s product roadmap, define our AI architecture, and deliver intelligent, autonomous, and context-aware solutions that improve customer workflows, decision-making, and productivity.
What will you do?
AI Strategy & Vision
- Define and own Aceve’s AI strategy in alignment with product and business goals, with a focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Identify high-impact AI use cases within our ERP and vertical SaaS solutions, prioritizing those with measurable customer and business value.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and regulatory developments.
Product & Technology Leadership
- Partner with Product Management to design AI-enabled features that integrate seamlessly into existing workflows.
- Drive the architecture and development of AI capabilities, including LLM integration, autonomous AI agents, and intelligent decision-support systems.
- Build reusable AI components and services that can be leveraged across the Aceve product portfolio.
Execution & Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives, from proof of concept to scalable production deployment.
- Oversee model selection, fine-tuning, evaluation, and monitoring in production environments.
- Ensure AI systems are ethical, transparent, secure, and compliant with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Team Leadership & Culture
- Lead a multidisciplinary AI teams utilizing the existing and additional teams when necessary.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Provide mentorship and career development for AI-focused talent.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience (5+ years) in AI/ML leadership roles, with at least 3 years in applied Generative AI and/or Agentic AI.
- Strong background in NLP, LLMs, reinforcement learning, and AI agent frameworks.
- Experience integrating AI into SaaS products, ideally in ERP or verticalized software contexts.
- Solid understanding of AI product lifecycle, from research to production deployment.
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure, MLOps, and cloud-based architectures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred but not required).
