As head waiter/ waitress your main responsibility will be to lead the daily operations at our slope-side restaurants: Toppstugan and Café Kåvan. Other tasks include inventory management, ordering supplies, and contributing to product development.
We are looking for someone who: Has at least 5 years of experience working in restaurant service, preferably with some of those years in a head waiter or supervisory role. You should have a strong interest in the restaurant industry as a whole and take pride in delivering excellent and flexible service. In this role, you will work alongside and report to our Food & Beverage Manager, who will support you in all necessary areas.
We are looking for someone who wants to lead and inspire our team to improve both our service and day-to-day routines. Add a touch of humility and team spirit to that – and you might be just the right person for us.
We also hope you’ll be interested in returning for the summer season. If everything works well during the winter, there will definitely be an opportunity for that.
The position is 75% employment, running from mid-November to mid-April.
