Your future role

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our business development strategy, driving market growth, and securing new opportunities that make a tangible impact on sustainable mobility. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Country/Cluster MDs, Marketing & Strategy functions, Tender Leaders, and Finance teams), build strong relationships with customers and partners, and ensure Alstom’s solutions align with market needs and expectations.
You’ll specifically take care of implementing lobbying strategies and consolidating market intelligence, but also lead efforts to influence specifications and ensure smooth transitions from business development to tender phases.
We’ll look to you for:

Defining and implementing the Business Development strategy in alignment with regional business plans

Promoting Alstom’s products and services to win new business and sustain market share

Compiling market intelligence on business trends, customer needs, and competitors’ strategies

Building and maintaining strong networks with decision-makers, partners, and external bodies
-
Ensuring compliance with Alstom’s Ethics & Compliance rules in all business development actions

Supporting tender strategies and negotiations as needed
