H&M Studios is a unit within Marketing at H&M that produces fashion content across all collections and customer groups for e-commerce and campaign content for small, medium and big impact campaigns activated on many channels.
We are searching for a Creative Lead with the capacity and skillset to take on Divided, Beauty as well as Women’s Complements (Underwear, Nightwear, Swimwear, Mama, Accessories and Shoes). This will require extensive competence and knowledge of a broad and varied customer target.
As a Creative Lead at H&M Studios, you will be overall responsible for the creative level and visual output for your customer group. You will drive the creative vision and visual output for the customer group, lead and inspire the creative team, and stay ahead of fashion trends. ensuring all content aligns with H&M’s brand tone and strategy and ultimately delivers high-quality content for campaigns, lookbooks, and video on a continuous basis and at high speed.
In this role you will be collaborating closely with assortment, partnering with the Stylist Lead in your team to secure a high-level output, as well as the Studio Manager and other key stakeholders. The success of your customer group, in terms of execution and elevation, will be dependent on your ability to lead, coach, and collaborate effectively.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Lead and coach the creative team internally towards reaching the height of their potential as well as the desired visual outcome.
- Oversee casting and resource planning, making sure we have the right team for the right productions, and collaborate closely with H&M Studios Art buyers.
- Develop and oversee creative concepts for campaigns, shoots, and content across multiple customer groups.
- Ensure alignment of visuals with H&M’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Oversee set design, location selection, and quality control of final imagery.
- Keep the team updated on relevant fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor movements.
- Take an active role in strategic planning for the customer group and provide creative solutions to elevate brand presence.

- Extensive years of experience working as an Art Director, Creative Lead or equivalent, for renowned fashion brands relevant to our customers.
- Previous experience leading and coaching others.
- Deep understanding of fashion relevant to the target customer – from detailed aspects such as products, colors, silhouettes, and materials, to broader insights into trends, style, influential people, brands, media, and culture.
