BUSINESS UNIT FINANCE Senior Analyst - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Nordics
About the Role:
As our Senior Finance analyst, you will be partnering with and supporting members of Nordic leadership and their respective teams across the four countries of the Nordic cluster in the Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine business.
You will also be responsible for driving finance standardisation, optimisation and deployment, whilst providing optimised decision support, analytical value creation and resource optimisation for a business with a combined turnover of nearly $600MM. This role reports to the Business Controller for IM Nordics.
Financial Planning & Review
- Coordinate and consolidate financial planning, provide insightful financial analysis and scenario-thinking to drive strategic prioritization and innovative approaches
- Co-lead with supply-chain partner our Integrated Business Planning process with responsibility over cluster consolidation
- Lead Sales actuals and forecast reporting – providing insights for budget variance analysis.
- Active involvement in monthly close partnering with our Global Services Teams
Business Partnering
- Partner with the Nordic Leadership Teams to achieve Innovative Medicine Nordic vision; Actively contribute to their respective Management teams
- Challenge business assumptions and helps to develop alternative scenario and educate commercial partner on financial issues, concepts, and ownership.
- Elaborate Business Cases to support countries pricing decisions.
- Participate regional and cross-sector initiatives or workstreams.
- Actively champion a deep collaboration between all finance groups (Global Services, Compliance, Tax teams)

- Operate with the highest standards of ethics and compliance with Johnson & Johnson’s financial policies and processes, local regulations and business conduct procedures; drive similar accountability throughout the organization
Requirements
Education level required:
- Bachelor’s degree required (prefer major in Finance/Industrial Engineering/Business Administration/Economics).
Experience :
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Broad based FP&A and business partnering is preferred.
- Experience of working in a regional/ global organisation with complex & interdependent business relationships
