VIE - Digital Transformation & Analytics Coordinator (Power BI Development) - M/F

As a VIE focused on Power BI development within Ecophon at our Hyllinge office, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of exciting initiatives, linked to Saint-Gobain’s global projects.

In this role, you will drive data-driven decision-making by developing insightful Power BI dashboards, contributing to front-end analytics solutions, and designing effective training plans to support user adoption and digital learning.

Overall, you’ll be able to support Ecophon through different tasks, depending on your background, interests, and our current priorities.

Here are some examples of what your role might include:

• Application Learning:
  Help explore our business applications and contribute to designing engaging learning experiences that support user adoption;
• Master Data involvement:
  Support efforts to improve the quality and consistency of our master data, ensuring reliable systems and better decision-making;
• Project Management:
  Assist in coordinating digital and learning-related projects—from planning and execution to follow-up;
• Building Learning Tools:
  Help create digital learning materials such as e-learnings, user guides, and interactive content;
• Training Superusers & End Users:
  Contribute to training sessions that empower users to work confidently with our systems and tools.

This is a 12-month mission, extendable once.

• You hold a Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Digitalization, or an Engineering degree with a focus on IT
• You could gain some familiarity with application management and ideally have a first hands-on experience in a Production unit
• You are proficient in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
• You could have an initial experience in the implementation of ERP systems
• Some experience with e-learning tools is a plus
• You take initiative and demonstrate ownership of your tasks
• Naturally curious, you are constantly seeking to learn and grow
• You have a genuine interest in digital tools and learning platforms
• You are well-organized, communicative, and confident interacting with diverse stakeholders
• You are Fluent in English (spoken and written)
