The Data Analytics Journey Lead Role
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Data Analytics Journey Lead to own the end-to-end digital customer journey across our SaaS platform. You will be responsible for mapping, analyzing, and optimizing each stage of the user lifecycle—from activation to renewal—ensuring a seamless, value-driven experience that drives retention, satisfaction, and growth at scale.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:
Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and drive the data analytics enablement journey roadmap, aligning with business priorities and long-term data strategy.- Analytics Adoption: Lead efforts to embed analytics in day-to-day decision-making processes, improving data literacy and adoption of tools and insights across the organization.
- Collaboration: Act as a key partner to business units, product teams, and Customer Success to develop effective engagement strategies driving product adoption and stickiness.
- Analytics Products: Guide the design, development, and rollout of scalable dashboards, self-service tools, and advanced analytics solutions.
- Change Leadership: Lead change management activities to evolve processes and mindsets, ensuring sustained impact of analytics initiatives.
- Capability Building: Partner with learning & development teams to design and deliver data literacy and analytics training programs.
- Performance Measurement: Define and track KPIs to measure the maturity and success of the analytics journey.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and visualization, driving continuous improvement.
- Voice of the Customer: Advocate for the voice of the customer, ensuring insights are consistently shared across teams and directly inform customer success strategies.
We’re looking for a teammate with:
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or journey ownership role.
- Strong background in analytics strategy, enablement, or data-driven transformation.
- Demonstrated experience driving analytics adoption across large, cross-functional organizations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts into business language.
- Hands-on familiarity with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, or similar).
- Strong understanding of modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure).
- Change leadership and stakeholder management experience.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a data company or SaaS environment.
- Knowledge of data governance and data management best practices.
- Experience applying agile methodologies to analytics workstreams.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics and AI/ML concepts.
