The Norwegian Cultural Center (NCC) is launching an exciting, boundary-pushing international art exhibition — Borderless — taking place across Oslo and Bangkok at the same time around November 2025. The project timeline is from July to November 2025. This hybrid project combines physical and digital formats to bring together artists and audiences from around the world.We are looking for a passionate and experienced Venue Manager to join our team and shape the creative vision of the exhibition.

Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all venue-related logistics and operations for exhibition days (Oslo)
- Liaise with suppliers, rental companies (screens, furniture, livestream), and F&B providers
- Manage event setup and breakdown
- Supervise venue staff and volunteers during the event
- Ensure smooth technical execution, including livestream and multimedia components
- Oversee guest experience and safety on-site
Your Profile:
- Experience managing events, exhibitions, or cultural venue operations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure during live events
- Familiarity with technical setups (screens, livestream, sound, lighting) is a plus
- Based in or able to be present in Oslo during the exhibition period
