This is a new role where you’ll play a key part in driving the technical direction of our hotel and distribution systems – the very core of our guest experience. From booking platforms to payment solutions, channel management and pricing, you’ll ensure that our technology supports both operational excellence and strategic growth. You’ll lead a small, senior team with full line management responsibility. In addition to driving the technical roadmap, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage key technology partnerships and ensure that our platforms are stable, secure, and cost-effective.
Who are you?
We believe you are a senior IT leader with a strong technical foundation and a passion for building and improving business-critical systems. You are confident in both strategic and operational settings and thrive in a role where technology meets business.
You likely bring:
- Proven leadership experience in IT, preferably within hospitality, retail, or a similar industry
- A background in managing application landscapes, including ERP, POS, or e-commerce platforms
- Experience in system governance, application lifecycle management, and vendor collaboration
- Familiarity with pricing, distribution, and revenue management systems
- The ability to work across both digital and physical touchpoints
- A structured and methodical approach, with strong process and delivery focus
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
- A degree in computer science, system development, or a related technical field
