Umeå Institute of Design is looking for a student who wants to help with the school's communication with a focus on the photo studio and social media.
Responsibilities
The work as an assistant professor means that you will be employed by the university and work at Umeå Institute of Design.
- Ensuring that there is order and order in the photo studio.
- Managing and administering the lending of equipment.
- Acting as support to communicators when it comes to media production for social media.
If you are applying for a position as an assistant professor, you must:
- Be enrolled in the Industrial Design Programme or in the Master's Programme at UID.
- Have good social skills.
- Be interested in media production according to the duties described above.
It is an advantage if you have experience of similar tasks.
Terms of Employment
The position is 10% of full-time during the autumn semester 2025 and the spring semester 2026. The employment starts on 1 October 2025 or as otherwise agreed and begins with you being introduced and trained in your duties by experienced staff at Umeå Institute of Design.
