In Karlskrona, our Quality team is the backbone of this effort, ensuring compliance, continuous improvement and product excellence. As Senior Manager Quality, you will lead our strategic quality initiatives across HV Solutions Karlskrona, acting as a change agent on the shop floor and throughout the organization. Securing Quality & Improvement
In this role, you will be responsible for the quality strategy for HV Solutions Karlskrona. Your focus will be on building robust systems that ensure compliance, reliability and customer satisfaction. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to develop processes, manage audits and oversee deviation analyses and risk management.
This position involves managing a team and department budget as well as engaging stakeholders from sales through to installation.
In additional, your responsibility will be to:
Manage root cause investigations and data-driven quality impact assessments- Support operational implementation of new cable specifications and process improvements
- Standardize quality procedures and develop feedback loop systems
This position is based in Karlskrona and you will report to the Vice President QHSE & Sustainability.
Strategic and collaborative leader
You're an engaged and team-oriented leader who thrives in high-stakes environments. With a resilient mindset, you thrive at building trust and improving performance through teamwork and data-driven strategies. You are experienced in project management and stakeholder communication.
Additionally, your CV includes:
- Master's degree in Engineering or Quality Management
- Minimum 5 years in a senior quality role
- Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS), data analysis tools and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and Swedish. German language is a plus.
Six Sigma Master Black Belt and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is highly valued
